I have prepared the birth chart and following is the analysis of the same :

Lagna Lord : Mars
Planets placed in lagna : Sun, Jupiter and Ketu
Seventh house lord : Venus
Planets placed in seventh house : Rahu

Lord of seventh house of D9 chart : Moon
Planets placed in sevent house of D9 chart : Mars and Rahu

Current Mahadasha : Sun ( Feb 2021 )

Analysis :
Since you are going through mahadasha of Sun and Sun is placed in the first house with ketu which makes the placement very inauspicious for marriage. This placement will cause huge delay in marriage, if marriage happen it will be difficult for you to manage the relationship.

You have to do the following remedies so that it will help you to further delay in marriage.

Remedies for Rahu in the seventh house of birth chart :

1. Such natives should give piece of pure silver in kanya daan before his / her marriage.

2. Such natives should offer eleven coconuts every month in the river to reduce negative impact of Rahu.
