Lagna Lord : Mercury
Fourth house lord : Mercury
Lord of Tenth house : Jupiter
Planets placed in tenth house : Mercury and Mars
Lord of ninth house : Saturn
Planets placed in ninth house : Venus and Ketu

Current Mahadasha : Mercury ( till 2031 )
Current Antardasha : Venus ( till dec 2020 )

Analysis :

Since you are going through Mercury Mahadasha and your mercury is placed in tenth house which represent the native's profession, karmas, source of livelihood, business, power, sacred and religous deeds and duties, knee joints and knee cap
Profession which suits you : sales and marketing, law, financial consultant, auditor, teaching, journalism, radio jockey.
