The rules for using AstroAsk and buying our books & consultations · last updated July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AstroAsk (astroask.net) and any purchase you make from us — our e-books and our astrologer consultations. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read the Returns & Refund Policy below carefully before you pay.
Who we are
AstroAsk (astroask.net) is a Vedic astrology and numerology platform run by Sachin Sharma. For any question about these terms or an order, email admin@astroask.net.
What we offer
AstroAsk provides free learning content and tools, digital e-books (downloadable PDF books), and paid astrologer consultations (a personalised, manual analysis of your birth chart prepared for you by a human astrologer). Free horoscopes, calculators and courses are provided as-is for study and general interest.
Your account
Some features and all purchases require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. Give accurate information — for consultations, the accuracy of your reading depends entirely on the correct birth date, time and place you provide.
Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payment is taken by UPI: you pay to our UPI ID (shown on the checkout page) and submit the transaction reference. Your order is confirmed manually once we verify the payment against our records, after which you receive a confirmation email, an invoice, and access to your product.
Digital products & delivery
Our books are digital PDF files. Once your payment is verified, the book is delivered instantly through a secure download link inside your account — there is no physical shipment. Access is for your personal use and tied to your account; you may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the file or the download link.
Consultations
A consultation is a bespoke, human-prepared reading of your birth chart. Once you submit your birth details and we begin the analysis, work has started on your specific chart. Turnaround times are indicative, not guaranteed. Astrological readings are provided for guidance and self-reflection and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges once an order is placed and the payment is made.
This is because of the nature of what we sell:
- Our products are digital PDF books. They are delivered to you instantly and cannot be “returned” or un-downloaded once you have access to the file.
- Our consultations are a manual, personalised analysis of your birth chart. Each reading is prepared by hand specifically for you and represents human effort that cannot be given back once the work has begun.
For these reasons, a purchase cannot be refunded once the product or service has been sold. There is no self-service “refund” option, and refund requests for a change of mind, or after a book has been downloaded or a consultation started, cannot be entertained.
Please buy carefully. Read the book description, details and any free sample, and ask us anything at admin@astroask.net before you pay. By completing a purchase you confirm that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.
The only situation we will look into is a genuine technical error on our side — for example, a duplicate charge for the same item, or a payment that succeeded but where access was never delivered and we are unable to fix it. Contact us within 7 days at admin@astroask.net with your transaction reference and we will review it in good faith. Any resolution in such cases is entirely at our discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on AstroAsk — books, course material, text, illustrations, charts and code — is owned by Sachin Sharma / AstroAsk and protected by copyright. Buying a book grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it; it does not transfer ownership or any right to copy, resell or publish it.
Acceptable use
Please use AstroAsk lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not share or redistribute paid content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Astrology and numerology are offered for guidance, learning and entertainment. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, and you remain responsible for your own decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroAsk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, our books, or our consultations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the site or place orders after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
