According to Vedic astrology placement of Saturn and Rahu conjunction in the 12th house means a conjunction of two functional malefic planets placed in a Watery (Jal tattva) place as houses 4,8 and 12 forms the Moksha/Jal (Water Element) trikon in the natural order.
