By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you also give unconditional consent to the Website to arrange a call with you on your mobile number, even if your number is on the Do Not Disturb (DND) service provided by your mobile service provider.

The Website, along with any individual Websites accessible through external hyperlinks on the Website, is considered private property. All interactions on this Website, including guidance and advice received directly from Licensed Providers, must adhere to these Terms of Usage.

USER ACCOUNT ACCESS

For Service Providers, including Astrologers, it is understood and agreed that their relationship with the Website is limited to being a member, and they act exclusively on their own behalf and for their own benefit. The Website may terminate and deactivate the Profile of a Service Provider for any violation of the present terms of usage and the Service Terms and Conditions agreed upon during their registration.

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND

No refunds will be processed for orders of reports once they have reached the "processing" stage (assigned to an Astrologer), regardless of the circumstances. The User bears the risk and liability of placing orders hastily and carelessly, and the Website is not responsible for any refunds once the processing stage has begun.

Once an Order has been placed and executed, no refunds will be processed. However, if a User wishes to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, they must contact the customer care team within one hour of making the payment, after which it is at the discretion of the Website whether to issue a refund.

Any technical delays or glitches reported on the Website during the processing of requests, including report generation by service providers (e.g., Astrologers), are not eligible for refund claims. Users acknowledge that the displayed timelines are approximate, and all necessary steps will be taken to adhere to them.

REFUND POLICY

1. No refunds will be processed if incorrect information or data has been provided by you. Please ensure that all information provided to the Website is accurate before clicking "Submit." You may request a change in incorrect information or data, provided that the request is made to customer care within one hour of the execution of the service rendered by the service provider.

2. No refunds will be processed for the return of any damaged product. You, as the registered user, are fully responsible for any damage caused to a product after its delivery, as a result of your actions. For orders made via "Cash on Delivery" payment method, you may be charged for the cost of the product as displayed by the Website, as well as applicable shipping, customs, or courier charges if the product is returned.

3. Refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered for delays in the activation of subscription services. Any damage that may occur to a product while in transit will be handled by the Website and its agencies.

7. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, as well as to-and-fro shipping and/or courier charges (related to the purchase of a product on the Website), customs duty (if applicable), or any other charges incurred by the Website during processing and/or delivering the service.

8. In case the Website or the payment gateway's webpage linked to the Website experiences server-related issues such as "slow down," "failure," or "session timeout," you should check whether your bank account has been debited before initiating a second payment. If your bank account has been debited, do not make a duplicate payment; instead, immediately contact customer care to confirm the payment. If your bank account has not been debited, you may initiate a fresh transaction to make the payment. Refunds for multiple payments, if any, for the same order will be refunded in full without deductions, except for the cost of one single order as intended by you.

9. The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, at its sole discretion. BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION

2. Users may pay fees to the Website using a debit/credit card or online banking account, and they warrant that they are entitled to use such payment methods.
