I have prepared the birth chart and following is the analysis of the same :

Lagna Lord : Venus
Seventh house lord : Mars
Planets placed in seventh house : Moon
Lord of Sixth house : Jupiter

Lord of eighth house : Venus
Planets placed in eighth house : Jupiter and Mercury

Lord of seventh house of D9 chart : Venus
Planets placed in sevent house of D9 chart : Ketu

Current Mahadasha : Moon ( till Sep 2027 )

Analysis :
Moon is placed in the seventh house of your birth chart in the house of Aries and you are also going through Mahdasha of Moon, but other placement which are not auspicious for marriage is : sixth house lord is Jupiter, eighth house lord is Venus and Jupiter is placed there, Lord of seventh house of D9 is venus but ketu is placed in the seventh house there.

All these placements are inauspicious for marriage and married life.

Such native has to do the following remedies for better results :

1. Do fasting on Monday.
2. Chant "Om Namah Shivaye" mantra 108 times daily.
3. Donate yellow pulses to poor person on Thursday.
4. Donate sugar on friday.
5. Visit Bhairo temple on Saturday.
6. Donate black clothes / blanket on Saturday to poor persons.
7. Keep a dog at home.
8. Do meditation daily for thirty minutes to reduce the negative energy of Rahu and Ketu.
