I have prepared the birth chart and following is the analysis of the same :

Lagna Lord : Mercury
Planets placed in lagna : Mars
Lord of Sixth house : Mars
Lord of eighth house : Saturn
Planets placed in eighth house : Saturn, Rahu and Moon

Current Mahadasha : Rahu ( till Oct 2028 )

Analysis :

Since your Rahu is placed in eighth house in the house of Saturn and Moon is also placed with it. This conjunction is very inauspicious related to your health and the person need to take quick action towards his / her diseases otherwise it will become incurable.

(1) You should chant mahamrityunjaya mantra - 108 time daily
(2) Do meditation and yoga daily for one hour to generate positive energy around you.
(3) Visit Shiva temple on mondays and donate milk to some poor.
(4) Chant Om Namah Shivaye mantra daily 108 times .
