I have prepared the birth chart and following is the analysis of the same :

Lagna Lord : Venus
Planets placed in lagna : Rahu, Mercury, Sun, Venus and Jupiter
Seventh house lord : Mars
Planets placed in seventh house : Ketu

Lord of eighth house : Venus

Seventh house lord in D9 : Mars
Planet placed in seventh house of D9 : Moon

Current Mahadasha : Mars ( till oct 2022 )

Analysis :

Since your ketu is placed in the seventh house of your birth chart this is one reason of delay in marriage. Also Rahu, mercury, sun, venus and jupiter are placed in conjunction in firt house which is a very inauspicious conjunction when we see condition for marriage. Also venus is placed with Mars in your D9 chart and Mars is the lord of seventh house of your D9 chart.

Ketu is also placed in the house of venus in your D9 chart.

All above placements and conjunction shows that there will be huge delay in marriage and if remedies are not done , then it will become case of denial of marriage.

Remedies :
